I am an owner of some property in Williams County, North Dakota. I was contacted and asked if I would be willing to sell my mineral rights. What are the going offers in that area currently?

Seems like speculation on the edge of the play; although, Enerplus just renewed a permit 3 miles east of Section 27. Maybe they will push out to you. If they don’t, the minerals aren’t worth much at all. If they do, $1000/acre/well before discounting with room for 8-10 wells/Section.
Did they make an offer? Most of the action is north and/or east of there. We have some land in the north edge of the Township as well as 159/103. We have recently signed leases in the north part of 159, but the offers down by 158 have been pretty weak, so we are sitting for now.
