I am looking to sell my mineral rights and RI located on An undivided 31.47 acres, more or less, in and to Lots 3 and 4 and the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S/2 NW/4) of Section 3, and the South Half o f the Northeast Quarter (S/2 NE/4) o f Section 4, all in Township 4 North, Range 9 East. There is currently a well located on Section 15 that is horizontally drilled into Section 3 and paying a royalty. Section 4 does not have a current lease. If interested reach out to me.
