I would like to know if a $4,000 an acre offer to purchase my mineral rights in Blaine County Section 25 - Township 17 North - Range 11 West is feasible. I just leased the mineral rights in April for 3 years at 3/16 production. I had an Oklahoma land man who told me I shouldn’t sell unless I could get 3 to 5X leasing price which was $1,750.00 an acre. Joan - I like what your landman told you. $4,000 is low for that area in my opinion. There are some nice wells in the Township to your east and your Section borders that Township. How many acres do you own there?
