I have an offer to purchase mineral right from the Legacy Energy Partners LLC @ 3K/acre and was wondering if anyone has heard of them. Anterio Minerals, LLC has also sent me a letter with interest in purchasing. Red Stone Resources LLC is also in the bidding @ 3200/acre. I am asking 4K an acre and so far no one has quite reached that number. Anyone else in the area sold recently have any insight into the companies listed?
