We are leasing to Continental Resources, but wondering if it makes sense to sell. We have the land in Dewey County 36-16N-14W if you have any information for that area. We’re finding it hard to know why there has been an increase in offers.
“Why has there been an increase in offers?” Do you honestly think that someone would want something that wasn’t of value to them?
