Seismic trespass?

I have court records that the permit agent forged my signiture on a geophysical permit and obtained data on my property. There are now drilling operations going on in my area with wells (2) within one mile of my property and one slated for less than 1/4 mile. I have been contacted by the oil landman and he said he has legal easement through my property and will be changing my cattleguard and re-arranging my fence. Does he have the legal right to do this? Is the seismic trespass reason enough to persue. Have my rights of exploration been infringed upon since my permission as the mineral owner has never been given or permission to an oil and gas lease as well has not been permitted by myself?
