Allstate Permit Services/Vector ITM is currently leasing property in Ward County, Texas. They plan to test 160,000 acres. The permit payment per mineral acre is $20.00 per acre.
Their lease agreement is straightforward; however, I included a prior lease written by my attorney which is more comprehensive.
