Please allow me to be direct. You should be very cautious about accepting anything you might hear on a public forum as to the value of what you own, given the amount of detail you’ve provided. It’s somewhat like saying I’ve got a used car for sale in so and so County, USA. What’s its value?
Sure, used cars sell for somewhere between $500 and $500,000. Uhhh, OK.
And, remember, any public forum will be trafficked by those very parties who are wanting to get a lot for a little. This is as fine a public forum as exists, but it’s still that, a public forum, with top drawer professionals who are extremely qualified, as well as bottom feeders looking to line their pockets at another’s expense.

You need to be more specific about what you mean by “value”. Market value, value as of date of death for IRS purposes or capital gains, leasing value, sales value?
