Please allow me to be direct. You should be very cautious about accepting anything you might hear on a public forum as to value of what you own, given the amount of detail you’ve provided. It’s somewhat like saying I’ve got a used car for sale in so and so county USA. What’s it’s value?

Sure, used cars sell for somewhere between $500 and $500,000. uhhh, OK.

And, remember, any public forum will be trafficked by those very parties who are wanting to get a lot for a little. This is as fine a public forum as exists, but it’s still that, a public forum, with top drawer professionals who are extremely qualified, as well as bottom feeders looking to line their pockets at another’s expense.
