I own mineral rights and have wells which are not producing and a couple which are not. I have contacted the payors and asked for copies of Leases. The documents sent back are dated 1977, 1984, 2005, 2006. Melbourne did a pooling last year through the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Commission and I was never contacted until April of this year.
