Hello to all, I am a rookie in this field and am trying to find who is interested in mineral rights in area of Weld County (Township 11 North, Range 56 West, Section 4 and 9).

If you want to lease the mineral rights for 3 to 5 years, you should get anywhere from $100 to $700 per net mineral acre for signing a lease. You could get 15 to 18% royalty fees.

If you want to sell your mineral rights, you might get up to $2500 per net mineral acre.
