in mineral rights in area of weld co. ( T11north, R 56west, Sec. 4 and 9) .
As many of you have, we recieved an offer from Contex Energy. Would like
help in determining what the market is in this area. Appreciate any help

If you want to lease the mineral rights for 3 to 5 years, you should get anywhere from $100 to $700 per net mineral acre for signing a lease. You could get 15 to 18% Royalty fees
If you want to sell your mineral rights, you might get up to $2500 per net mineral acre.
