I inherited a small lease in Wood County, Texas several years ago. It was recently purchased by Montare. I understand Montare rehabs old wells and fields, which might explain why I am getting offers to sell.
This is the description in the paperwork I have: Puckett Heirs No. 3 (your smaller interest), the Neuhoff Buda Woodbine is producing well.
Puckett Heirs #3 appears to be in the Tollett Block Survey A-575 section 81. Montare just fled a permit for the Puckett Heirs TPCV well #2 (in the TP CV Cons formation), Puckett ''A" 5 (in the Buda Woodbine formation), and the Puckett Heirs RPCV 5 (in the TP CV Cons formation). Offers to buy frequently come before drilling. #2 has finished drilling and is online. Contact Montare and see if you should be getting royalties.
