When you get an offer like this and post it, it would be very helpful to the forum community if you say whether it is an offer to lease or an offer to buy and ask a specific question. Put the question in the topic line and the location of the acres in the body of the post.
We cannot help you if we do not know what you want to know. Maybe something like: Are there any pending OCC cases? Are there new drilling permits close by? Is there any leasing activity and who are the leasing agents?
