Not really sure who or what you are talking about Brian? That block in Terry County, and I am guessing you mean Terry County, looks like it has two permits that have been approved. One of the permits is about 1/2 north east of the north end of Rich Lake. The other permit is about 2 miles north east of that permitted well. Rumor I hear is that the one that is about 2.3 miles north east of Rich Lake is in the process of being drilled but it may be 6 months before any data is posted on the Texas RR commission site. The other one closer to Rich Lake is permitted to a Raw Oil and Gas out of Lubbock and was permitted in Feb 2012, which means they have until Feb 2014 to drill. Seems that some of the oil companies out there now think that this area called the northern part of the Permian Basin is as rich an area as is the southern part of the Basin down in Crockett county. That is a real change over what the thinking was 5 years ago. And if you go over west to the Lockerville area in Hockley, you can find wells producing at 500 bpd. So, in the next 3 to 5 years, you probably gonna see some signifcant drilling activity throughout northern Terry county.
