Aren't you getting paid on the Knight well? It was just drilled in 2016. Most first offers are very low to actual value of the acreage. That well will probably last for decades and your acreage has potential for quite a few more horizontal wells in the future. Personally, I do not think it is a good offer if you have heirs.
