Rec’d continuances on both in Sept but haven’t heard anything since. How can I find out what has been done? Thanks in advance.
I looked at some of the case numbers and didn’t understand what I read. One was a Publishers Affidavit and another one was an Exhibit. In looking up numbers I just looked at the latest date.
They are required to publish notice in the papers. You can ignore that one. The Exhibits are important. The Orders are the most important as those are the rulings.
In general, you can see the application, hearing notice, any protests, exhibits, continuance dates, revisions, interim orders and final orders.
