I have 10 acres in the above referenced area and a signed lease with RD Davis for almost 4 years. After 3 years it rolled over and they renewed it again.
I haven’t seen more than a pittance from them and this year 2019 only got one check for about $300 which I think was for natural gas—I heard they had a big strike there but not confirmed.
Does anyone know what’s going on in this area?
