We have a very small amount of mineral rights in 8-6N-3W. Wondering if anyone else has rights in this section and if any drilling is going on. We have a minimal offer from Land Project Management LLC. Does anyone know what the going price in this section is?
Several wells have been drilled in S 6 & 7 since 2010. Horizontal well in 9 and a long one thru 3&10. Section 9 was force pooled at $800 1/8, etc in 2011. Pooling ranges in the area range from $175 on the East side of the Township to $850 in 3, 9 and 10 (1/8).
