That is low for that area. Prices have increased dramatically in that block, and depending on how much of the Wolfcamp is open, you should be able to get significantly higher. Your best bet is probably to get some competing lease offers to drive the price up. The forum sponsors may be able to assist you, and I suspect you'll receive messages on the forum from folks that want to lease your acreage.
