Do you mean 07-21N-10W? 10E would be Osage county. For 07-21N-10W in Major County, there is a relatively new (2019) horizontal well operating, API #3509325153. It appears to be spaced for the entire section.
Thomas: XTO Energy completed the Ula 1-31-H6X7 well in May 2019. It is a multi-unit horizontal well covering Sections 6 & 7-20N-1W. If you are not getting paid on that well you need to contact XTO.
