Well is listed on the OK tax site as active as of 12/17/2020. If you have not hear anything by June 17 which would be the 180 day limit, then you should contact Comanche by certified mail and request a Division Order and interest on late payments (if you are a mineral owner). Everything got slowed down during Covid, so was hard to get Division Orders done in a timely manner.
