I have received interest in purchasing my mineral rights in Kingfisher County Section 7 of 16N-06W. Typically when I receive these types of offers I have already received notice of filing for increased density. In this instance, I have not received notice of any filings and the offer is equivalent to about 200 months of my current royalties. Does anyone have any insight as to what I am missing here? Thank you!
