What is the nature of the lawsuit?
Dispute over royalty interests in the section. The Operator has filed suit for the court to determine who owns mineral interests in the property.

Wow there is lots of people named in this action. I’ve always been amazed at the number of people I see who have small interest in some of the wells over in the Hendrix field. I was told in days of old some of these sections were sold off to investors all over the country and of course as they died off it was left to their heirs and further fractionalized. Its amazing some of these leases are ever done.
