I was curious if anyone has insights as to what the fair market value would be for section 6 block 3. I know some parts of the county are getting around $600 per acre but I have heard in some areas the numbers are in the $450 range. Does anyone have deeper knowledge as to the reality. I am just trying to be smart and not settle for less than fair market value. I have rights in two sections. Should I do a separate lease for each to limit the potential for pooling locking the rights up for eons? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dennis

Leasing values will depend upon the geology of the reservoirs and their perceived value and may vary across the county. I do not know the reservoirs in Dawson. Perhaps a local person can shed some light.
