Apachie was planning to drill this area in the first quarter of 2019. I am in the east half of section 59. just wondering if there’s any activity in or around that area.
Apache filed a permit 1-19-2019 for Apache Storm Cat Unit 401 AH. Located in Section 112/113 - about 3 miles NE of your tract. My family’s minerals are in Sec 300 Philipe Ruiz which is directly east of your track.
Permit states the well was spudded 2-07-2019. Exploratory well. That’s all the info I have but I am watching the area closely because Apache did not extend their 2 year option with us.
