Yes sir, there is a company making offers in there. I know a few had been offering, but they ran out of funding apparently.
This section has been a little quiet. What do you have for sale?
I just want to get an idea of the value. I know someone who was offered a substantial sum for his acres in this section but yet, I have not seen anything. I have a lot more acres. I know there is another pad that was built a year ago. An order was given, a continuance and then recently a affidavit, just curious if a permit is somewhere in the future.
