Leasing activity? Anyone receiving offers as low as $200/acre?
I did and turned it down. You should get at least $2500/net mineral acre. The offer I had was from a company that 'flips' leases. What was the term and percentage? Bet the term was at least 5 years and the percentage something like 3/16ths? Your area might not have a lot of activity right now, but it will.
Standard lease broker computer driven offers with 3/16 and yes 5 yrs. I'm never in a hurry to lease until the area really picks up and that may be some time. Stay in touch
