You might want to double check your legal description. I suspect that you have the incorrect range listed. Also, it rare for 160 acres to be owned exclusively by one family. The wording on the deed is likely the source of the confusion.
Iām 100% sure I own all 160. I got them from an old lady who has owned them for years when I bought her land from her. SW36-22-03 garfield co
