hello. does anyone know anything about section 35 4n4w in Garvin county, ok. we received an offer for a lease but three different choices. is this section tied with section 2-3n4w as well. I think this is the nightingale well 0304 2-35-1GXH. thanks for your help.
If your name and address are properly filed at the county courthouse, then you should be getting the OCC cases that pertain to these two sections. They will give you the information you need.
You can choose to lease or you can wait for force pooling. First offers are not always the final offers. If you have never leased before, it is wise to get an attorney to look over the draft lease as it is not usually in the mineral owner’s favor. You do NOT want post production charges.
