We have been contacted with a request to lease this area by Territory, they are offering $125 with 3/16 or $150 with 1/8 over 3 years. I believe this number is low based on other activity in the area, what are your opinions? They are planning a 5300' Wilcox test.
I forgot to mention they have 8 existing wells in this Section, 7 oil and 1 2D

You would get more than that on a force pooling. I have a few minerals around Carney.
