Arkomo, I’m checking in to see if you have seen a DO or a penny from the Prairie well that Casillas drilled in Sections 33 and 28 of Township 4N, Range 4W of Garvin County. This well has been producing for over 12 months now.
Lynden: Casillas is notoriously way behind in sending out DOs and revenue. I would suggest that you send them a certified letter pointing out that you want statutory interest that is 12%, effective 1st production. They will pay you the 12% interest, but only if requested in writing. They save a lot of money by persons not requesting interest. Patience is a virtue in the O&G business.
Lynden, I did get my division order around the 21st of December. I sent it back in time to get my first check at the end of December! I had already asked for my 12% interest. They acknowledged that but I have not received the interest check yet. I don’t imagine they hurry to get the interest check out! Tom
