arkomo, I’m checking in to see if you have seen a DO or a penny from the Prairie well that Casillas drilled in sections 33 and 28 of 4N, 4W of Garvin Cty. This well has been producing for over 12 months now.
Lynden: Casillas is notoriously way behind in sending out DO’s and revenue. I would suggest that you send them a certified letter pointing out that you want statutory interest that is 12%, effective 1st production. They will pay you the 12% interest, but only if requested in writing. They save a lot of money by persons not requesting interest. Patience is a virtue in the O&G business.
Lynden, I did get my DO around the 21st of December. I sent it back in time to get my first check the end of December! I had already asked for my 12% interest. They acknowledged that but I have not received the interest check yet. I don’t imagine they hurry to get the interest check out! Tom
