Have received lease offer of $100 an acre from Compass Land Rescources? Anyone have any information here, is this a reasonable offer? Also they want a 3 year lease with a 3 year option (!).
I had an offer of $250 recently in different area. But they wouldn’t go for 20% royalty so I said no. I have never agreed to an extension on a lease because it is to their advantage. Who can tell the future? Certainly not me. If things are better u get a better lease.
