If I signed lease papers before the pool was final, with Devon does that just mean I wasn’t in the forced pool? I do not know if it is better to be in a pool or not. I did receive all the legal papers they were sending out but they have my last name spelled wrong. This was corrected at time of lease signing, but I do see my name on the Exhibit A paper spelled wrong as being pooled. So I am just confused about the whole deal.

I thought the new company of American Energy Partners/American Energy-Woodford LLC leased Section 33? They bought my lease for Section 14 from Red Fork Energy, as Red Fork could not get the Location Exception through.
