Continental had cases in section 33 back in 2018. Some were approved and some are still pending.
Marathon had cases for 33 but backed out. They have cases in 34. If you are not getting all the mailings from the OCC, you need to contact the attorneys for each company and make sure your address and name are filed correctly in the county clerk’s office in Grady County. The OCC notices are the way to find out about activity.
Section 33 has the Morton 1-33-28XHM permit going into 28. First sales were October 2, 2018. If you are not in pay status, you need to contact Continental’s Division Order department.
Section 34 has the Devon Treadaway well which has been online since 2011. No new wells yet.

So with them cases basically mean talk of possibly adding wells correct?
Yes, you have a well in 33 that has already drilled. Follow the instructions above. Always send by certified mail so that you know they received your letters. Keep a copy of everything.
