I have small ORRI in the following Sections in Lea County, Nm.
NE 1/4 NE 1/4, W 1/2E1/2 and W 1/2, Section 21,
E 1/2W1/2 Section 28
W 1/2SW 1/4 Section 29
SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30
T26S R35E in Lea County,NM
I know that TapRock has wells in 1 of these sections and that they have been bought by Civitas. Does anyone know of producing wells in any other Section listed. I was given this ORRI when I was a child in 1968. I am now in my 60s. I have another family member with some similar interest. We never received a dime until 2021.
Section 30 T26E R35E. Does anyone know if there is activity there
There are horizontal permits across all sections. As mentioned, Civitas operates 16/21, Devon operates 28/33, and Earthstone operates 29/32 & 30/31. Attached are some of the well plats pulled from the NM OCD GIS Map.
I appreciate the information so much. It is very exciting for me because I have a sister that has a disability. She has the same interest that I do. I have been trying to find possible funds for her. I appreciate it very much.
