I have received a leasing inquiry for property in this area of Lea County. It is just east of Tatum Highway, north of Plains Highway. I am looking for some idea of the activity in this area and reasonable expectation of leasing terms. I think that this is not the hottest area of the county, but it seems some production exists in the area.
