I own 80 acres of land and mineral rights at this location and I am looking to sell. I don’t really know who to talk to about it.
That’s a tough area. There is no production in that section and there is no new drilling anywhere for miles. You could try and sell it now on a national website, but IMO you are much better off holding it for the long-term.
“Hang On Hand!” My family has been holding properties for over a hundred years! Some of those acres are already producing, and the other’s are looking “Promising”!

Here is a 25-section plot showing the current well activity with Section 29 in the middle. Red wells are no longer producing, black wells are active, blue wells (none) are new permits.
So nothing is happening anywhere near my land… great… but if I were to sell what do you think I would get/ask for? And do you believe that within a reasonable time someone will be drilling there?
