We have mineral rights in 29-14N-19R and was pooled last year. I don’t know how to find if they have started to drill anywhere on the pooling order. Can anyone help with information?
This forum doesn’t allow me to insert a link, so what I’d recommend is going to Google and searching for OCC Well Data Finder. Then go to that site and scroll into your area where you hold minerals. Take a look around and see what you can find. After that, I would go to an AI website like ChatGPT and tell it what you have found and ask if it can find any information. You may have to keep drilling down on the question to get the AI to be more specific. Myself, I also scanned that pooling order, uploaded it, and asked AI to explain to me at the high school level what this pooling order was telling me.

The permit is for Caracara 1-32-29XH. The surface location is in Sec 5, 13N-19W. For multiunit horizontal wells, you need to look at lease at your own section and possibly two or three sections away. Well was spudded 9/20/25 and completed 12/18/25. Division orders should be out in May and first payments in about June.
You do not have to sign a Division Order to get paid in OK. You do need to check the decimals and send back a W-9. Look for “letter in lieu” of Division Order on the forum for a template letter.
We have not received anything showing if a well was drilled and I don’t know how to find out any information. Have not received anything showing division orders or payments. Any information would be greatly appreciated
The well was drilled by Nadal & Gusman. It was completed on Dec 31, 2025 so payments should show up in July. If they do not show up by then, a certified mail return receipt requesting payment and interest usually jumps starts an answer.
