Has anyone received a current lease offering 29-13N-13W and if so, what have you been offered?
Looks like Anevay is offering at least 1/5th in 29.

I’m in section 19 and recently leased to Trans Pacific for 3/16 royalty and $175/acre. Small company, seem to be good folks. They have several producing wells in the area.
