what is going on with these sections? i know that they are pooled but has anybody heard or read of when Continental will start drilling for sure? What happens if the original lease runs out before they start drilling and they dont want to lease again but buy?
Second question. They are buying down a royalty at extremely low risk to them and a boost to their future cash flow from an investment today. Make sure your risk of loosing future income is worth the reward now. Establish your price and don't hold an auction as your are sure to lose.
