New to Forum. Can anyone provide information on Sec 28 1 N 6W. We have a lease offer from Bearcat and I would like to now what acreage is leasing for in this area. Any information would be very much appreciated.
I am in a section near to you. I also have an offer from Bearcat. You might want to look up Vitruvian online. This is part of their Apollo area. I don't know if Bearcat is leasing for them or not, but I am going to hold off for a while. This is part of the Woodford play so things take a bit of time to develop. 1N-5W just to the east is getting $1000/ac. My current offer from Bearcat is low compared to that, so waiting to see what gets better. Most first offers are lowball to see who they can get without much trouble. Read this forum, the Garvin and Grady one and read the Mineral Helps at the top to get a feel for what is going on. No rush at the moment. Get informed.
