Hi all! I am wondering about an offer I got recently. First I have a very very small NMAs in the piece. The offer is for $150 Bonus with 3/16ths. The offer surprised me in that the Unit is only 10 acres. Don't know if I have seen a unit so small before. Any ideas about why? Anyone else had any offers? Thanks for your help!
Some shallow units can be very small. However, they may be using the word “unit” in a different way. Your tract of acres might be 10 acres. I just pulled a few old wells in here and they are very shallow. That is why the bonus is so small.
