Hi everyone, I haven’t browsed this forum in quite some time, but always appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful folks on here.
My family has 160 acres in 25-19N-22W and we just had a lease expire and are getting some new offers. Does anyone know of any activity around there? I believe we received an offer to purchase our mineral rights as well so I am curious if there may be some activity in the area soon.
