You and I own mineral rights in the same Block. It has been a journey to find out information on how to sell at the best rate. So many variables !!! Do you know how many acres you own mineral rights to? I had 15 acres or it showed on my deed as 15/640. After 6 months of offers I was able to take my top 3 offers and have them submit their last and final offers. We ended up selling half and keeping the other half.
