I am looking for an explanation as to the increased acreage in my royalty interest in the NW portion of section 23, block 36, T-3-N. The deed to my father in 1957 recites “170.5 acres” but it now appears to be surveyed as “196.5 acres.” Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
