the Ted wells by EOG have been in production since at least last quarter 2018. I have called EOG twice and been told that my lease is under “title review”. I think this is bogus because this acreage has been hbp for a long time, first by Sunoco and currently by Kikpatrick. Is there any way I can get EOG to provide division order/payment, short of legal action?j Thanks for your help–
EOG is way behind on their Division Orders.Every multi unit well has hundreds of owners in each section and it takes quite a bit of time for find the title for each owner. Patience is the key. They are required by law to pay you. Send a certified letter requesting your interest payment so that you have documentation.
