Receive lease offer at $350/nma from Green Wing Energy, LLC. Is this a good rate at this time?
I have an offer in 32, 1n 9e for $300 to $500 depending on royalty which goes from 22% to 18.75. I haven't found any other offers lately. But I'm surprised by the 22%. I like that. I'm wondering what they have found.

I went with $350 and 3/16 and they accepted my addendums to the agreement.
Good for you! Let’s us know if they actually come in and drill. I keep trying to find out what this is all about in the county but nothing so far. My Grandad Henry Garrett used to own the land there.
