I have 40+ acres in Grady County. Does anyone know the current lease bonus payments that should be expected for a 3/16 or 1/4 royalty? Thank you.
Dear Brad, only three poolings in the last year. Sec 20 in Oct 2015 went for 1650@3/16 and 300@1/4 with Marathon being the operator. Sec 6 and 7 pooled in Nov 2015 with Continental Resources the operator. Sec 6 pooled for 750@3/16 and 125@1/4 and Sec 7 pooled for 1500@3/16 and 250@1/4. I don't have any other information on this township.
