can any one tell me what is going on with Rebellion Energy application for drilling and spacing. My family has 70 acres in this section under an old lease to with Chesapeake that is considered a shut in well . we get very little in payment off of this, does rebellion have to enter in a new lease in order to drill? Have had several offers to sell and or to lease over the last year, We have held off doing either so far. Not sure what our best option is. Thanks for any help or suggestions

The drilling and spacing application was approved over protests by Chesapeake and Apache. I did not find a pooling application, but I may have missed it.
thank you for the info, just got a notice of pooling hearing that was continued . we will see what kind of offers we get.
