Does anyone know more details on the Marathon Oil petition to the OCC regarding spacing? We have old minerals that are HBP in that section and I’m trying to determine the impact. Thanks

They can drill the new horizontal well but cannot produce it without a further hearing. Not unusual. Good for you as you get a new well. Given the area, you may eventually get more than one.

Hopefully you have a depth clause in the HBP lease. worth checking if you can.
