Does anyone know if Section 2 and 35 are located in areas of any current or future expansion plans. We are out of state owners with very little knowledge of the ND activity. Rob

I don’t think you will find any information regarding future expansion plans as the oil companies undoubtedly consider that confidential business information or trade secrets. However, ND has an excellent website where you can search permit applications, well status and maps showing activity in the area.

2-145N-99W has a currently producing well called the Beicegel Creek. You can find the information on the well from the website John posted.
Thunderbird Resources had three permits in 35-146N-99W back in 2015. I don’t think they were drilled.
There was some leasing in the area in early 2020.
